The City of Mount Rainier Department of Public Works is set to start a Stormwater Retrofit Project, focusing on rain garden installations in the box tree areas along Arundel Road between 25th Street and 30th Street, 29th Street between Allison Street and Arundel Road, and 30th Street between Allison Street and Arundel Road (weather permitting).

Please take note of the schedule below: 

 • 30th Street between Allison Street and Arundel Road- Starting from 3/12/24 to 3/15/24.

• Arundel Road between 25th Street and 30th Street-Starting from 3/18/24 to 3/22/24.

• 29th Street between Allison Street and Arundel Road- Starting from 4/1/24 to 4/12/24.

The contractor performing this work is Professional Lawn Maintenance Services, LLC. Kindly be aware that access to the affected sidewalks will be restricted during construction, and there may be parking restrictions and intermittent interruptions to traffic flow.

• NO PARKING BETWEEN 7:00 AM AND 6:00 PM.
