Date/Time:   8/22 @ 0248am
 Location: 2700 block of Webster St
 Incident Type: Attempted theft of Auto
 Incident:   Officers observed a vehicle in the area that was reported as stolen on 8/21/2021. The vehicle was last seen going into DC. Officers returned to where they saw the vehicle and noticed another vehicle that was running, with both doors open. Owner of the vehicle stated that both keys were in the house. The vehicle was disabled by the owner to prevent it from being stolen. Investigation is ongoing.

 Incident Type: Field Interview
 Incident:   Officers responded to the area for report of unknown subjects sleeping in the lower levels of the building. Officers contacted the subjects and advised them against trespassing. The subjects were sent on their way without incident.

 Incident Type: Vandalism
 Incident:   Officers responded to the area for multiple vandalism to auto. It was found that several vehicles had a window broken out but nothing taken at this time. Investigation is ongoing at this time.

 Incident Type: Theft from auto
 Incident:   Officers were called to the area for report of a theft from auto.

 Location: 1 Municipal Pl
 Incident Type: Sexual Assault 
 Incident:   MRPD Detectives were called for the report of a sexual assault alleged to have taken place outside of 1 Municipal Pl.   Detectives spoke with the victim and the investigation is still open.

 Incident Type: Theft 
 Incident:   Unknown subjects stole multiple power tools from a worksite. The owner of the site was given case numbers.

 Location: 34th St and Bunker Hill Rd
 Incident Type: Health and welfare check 
 Incident:   Officers responded to the area for an unresponsive person. Officers called for emergency medical services and the subject was transported to local hospital for care.

 Incident Type: Theft from Auto 
 Incident:   Vehicle owner reported theft of catalytic converter from vehicle by unknown subjects

 Incident Type: EPS
 Incident:   Officers responded for a subject having a mental health issue. The subject was transported to a local hospital for evaluation.

Location: 4400 block of 30th St
 Incident Type: Missing person 
 Incident:   Officers responded for a report of missing persons. The reporting person called later in the day to report that the persons reported missing had returned home.
